Can I get admission in any Canadian University after completing Diploma in electrical engineering with a lot of backlogs?

Hello, you have to define ' lot of backlogs'. A figure can help me guide you better. Regarding admissions, yes you can apply and will depend on the target university's admission requirements and your overall percentile after clearing the backlogs, test scores such as IELTS, your SOP, LORs, etc.

I have one another option. I passed my +2 arts from Punjab school education board with 62% marks in 2015. I have a great interest in cosmetology and I have done 8 months ADC diploma in Orane institute beauty & wellness .Am I able to get admission in Canada related to cosmetology courses. If, yes:
