Can I get admission in any college for B.Tech? I have got 70 marks in JEE Mains and 152000 general and 7k SC rank.

    I think you will get lower NITs. If not NITs then GFTIs for sure. Participate in CSAB counselling. I would suggest, you should try for JAC-Chandigarh counselling. PEC Punjab and UIET are far better than many NITs.
