Can I get admission in any college? I have got 70 marks in JEE Mains 2017 and 83% in 12th. I belong to OBC category.

70 marks are not enough to get you into a college. Don't waste your time in expecting a college with this score. Either take a drop to prepare for IIT-JEE or take admission in private university/college like Amity/Sharda, etc.
