I will advise you to choose any lower cut-off branch of high rank college and work hard in 1st year and change your branch to the one you want. And, wait for the second counseling. Many students will leave their seat after first counseling. You may get civil or IEM in Sir MVIT or civil in DSCE.

You will get admission to any one of the college through COMED-K, but may not be of your choice.
