Can I get admission in any college to pursue MBA or PGP course without appearing in any entrance exam?
I scored 70 percent marks in B.Com.

Yes, many average institute take students without any entrance exam. Most of them are from Bangalore. You should prepare yourself for CAT or and score to get admission in a good institute.
