Can I get admission in any college which provides good placement for civil engineering in Mumbai?
My aggregate is 51.96%. Total subjects of 12th are English, alternative English, maths, physics, chemistry and IT.

Good placement is only available in good colleges. For private colleges, you will have to pay higher fees but you can take admission. For Government or aided college, you will have to pass with good score in state level or national level engineering entrance exam to get a good college.
