Can I get admission in any good NITs or any state government college? I am from Odisha.

I belong to SC category. My JEE Mains marks are 30. I have qualified for JEE Advanced. This year cut-off was 29 for SC category. My AIR is 515331 and SC rank is 39549. Can I get admission in any of the NITs in 6/7/spot round through JoSSA counselling?
