Can I get admission in any government college of Himachal Pradesh for B.Tech.

If I got 70 percentile in JEE Main and 75 percentage in 12th and I belong to SC.

Yes, you can get it. If you are not getting seat in 1 round then you have to wait for 2 round. All the best.
