You can easily get BDS in private medical colleges. But, sorry there are low chances of you getting an MBBS seat. If you don't want to do BDS, you can try for Ayurveda or Homeopathy courses in which you can again take admission via NEET. Otherwise, try to score more the next time.

170 in NEET is a very less score to get admission to MBBS or BDS in a government college even if you are from reserved category. I suggest if you think you have an aptitude and interest to be a doctor, you can try for admission in Russia, Ukraine or Philippines. All the best.

No, sir. Your score is below the expected cut-off score of NEET 2017. The cut-off score for NEET 2017 is expected to be 280 +. So, it'll be difficult for you to get admission in a government medical college.
