Can I get admission in any IIT, NIT or IIIT? I have a percentile of 76.54 and CRL rank of 216622.

I am afraid your 76 percentile is quite low to get admission in any NIT and especially in CS branch. If one understands the percentile, then it is clear that 24% of almost 13 Lacs students are above you. But then there could be some dynamics in admission process which may enable you to get admission
