Can I get admission in any IIT or NIT for B.Tech CSE?

I think you can get it. I think NITs have central counselling and IIITs have separate form filling for different branch of engineering. You should apply for all NITs and different NITs. all the best

Sorry to say but you will need at least 200 marks in jee to get into NIT or IIIT as you belong to general category....

I think you can easily get into good nit with that marks and also because your high relative percentile in CBSE board. I can't say about IIT as it depends on jee advance.
