Can I get admission in any IIT with 70% marks in class 12th (UP board)?

Exams for IITs (JEE Mains and JEE Advanced) for 2017, are already finished.
If have not applied in it then try to get admission in the colleges which are giving admissions without JEE Mains.

Yes, you can give the exams also if you have already passed 12th.
