Can I get admission in any NIT, IIIT or any other government college for B.Tech CSE with 95 marks and 82988 rank in JEE Mains?

Chances are there if you have home state quota in the states having lower NITs. Otherwise, it will be very difficult for you to get into NITs. PS: Assuming that you are a general category student.

Yes, you will get Nirma University. Getting into IIITs will be difficult but you may get your home state NITs (lower branch).
