Can I get admission in any NIT or IIIT in south India?
I scored 89.9% in class 12th exams and 155 marks in JEE mains.

Which category you belong to? If you belong to any reserved category, then you'll surely get a NIT. If general, then you have a little chance to get. Don't know about IIITs. That depends upon the AIR. Goodluck !!
