Yes, you can get admission in IITs or NITs with this much rank in SC category. But, according their rules, minimum of 65% marks is required in our state boards. If you score more than 60% marks, then apply for Josaa counselling.

There are very low chances of your admission in these colleges because your rank is not good. Please try state college like reapraj.org and others, there are some chances of your admission. -
