Yes, you can get admission in IITs or NITs with this much rank in SC category. But, according their rules, minimum of 65% marks is required in our state boards. If you score more than 60% marks, then apply for Josaa counselling.

Yes, it is possible to get admission to IIIT Sri City with a rank of 30000. IIIT Sri City JEE Main cutoff 2025 for the General AI category was ranged between 24802 and 30681. There are very low chances of your admission in these colleges because your rank is not good. Please try state college like reapraj.org and others, there are some chances of your admission.

I think admission for in institutes like NIT or IIIT, you need to secure a rank approximately 5000 with SC category then the chance will high.

You can try your best to get that but the chances are quite low in that as your category rank is too high.
