Can I get admission in any NIT or IIIT with a score of 200 in JEE Mains? I have scored only 67% in class 12th.

Do I need to fill JoSSA counseling form?

You can try for IIIT Hyderabad as they don't come under JEE counselling. You need to appear separately. There are still more IIITs that don't come under JEE counselling and accept only JEE main scores. Or try for some colleges that accept both JEE Mains scores and board exam marks for admission.
