Can I get admission in any NIT or IIT with a rank of 4000 in JEE Mains paper-2?

Yes, with that rank you can get into NIT, Trichy and also try for NIT, Raipur then MNIT-Jaipur for knowing the opening and closing ranks of JEE Mains. Follow the link josaa.nic.in -
Yes, you can have a chance for getting admission in NIT for Architecture. And, you less chances for IITs . Apply for JOSAA Counselling Process.
