Can I get admission in any of the IITs? I got 131 marks with 28317 rank.

Hello Aditya,
No, it is not possible to get IITs with an all India rank (AIR) of 28317. So, you need to try for colleges that accept JEE Advanced scores like IISC, IIEST, etc.
