Can I get admission in any of the SPP colleges (Canada) to pursue project management course as I had 19 backlogs in B.Sc in IT?

What other college and country options do I have? I have cleared all the backlogs. I have scored 7.0 band in IELTS with no band less than 6.5. My overall percentage in B.Sc in IT is 57. I have 2 years of work experience.

No Viraj, Unfortunately more than 5 backlogs are hard to be accepted. Based on your academic profile you should check lesser competitive countries but good ones in terms of job opportunities and quality education.
