Can I get admission in any of the top 30 American universities to pursue MS in computer science?
I am expecting to score 300-315 marks in GRE exam and 6-7 band in IELTS. I scored 65 percent marks in B.Tech.

You can take GRE, if you have a very good GRE score then admission chances could be better. Secondly, admissions in US Universities are done on profile basis and not on basis of your scores alone. There is no donation system. You can check the university website and you will understand the admission process.
