Can I get admission in any of the top MBA colleges in India or abroad with 65% in B.Tech?
I had 15 backlogs in B.Tech.

You are not eligible for getting admission for MBA in any colleges abroad. You may get an Indian university. Try to score good marks in CAT or MAT.

Your 10th and 12th marks are exceptionally good. But in foreign university, they do consider your graduation performance.
