Definitely,you have a very good profile.You must get outstanding scores in CAT, say 95+ percentile.You get admission in top business schools in India such as IIM and others. All the best :-)

Yes, it depends on how much weight these colleges give to undergraduate score. If its IIM B,I,S; then they give a lot of weight to undergraduate score, it gets a little difficult in that case.
