Can I get admission in any top IITs and NITs? I have scored 13956 rank in JEE advanced 2016.

Always mention the category also while asking for options. At this rank, if you are General then there is minimal scope in IITs. In NITs, start making a comprehensive list and make up your mind whether you want to go for a specific branch or a college. If you don't have any particular interests, go for College wise list making. I had a rank of 6163 in General Category. I was allotted NIT Patna , IT Branch in the first list. Moreover, go for your home NIT , you will also get home advantage! Hope it helps!
