Can I get admission in any top-ranked college in India for B.Tech in CSE?

My JEE Mains 2018 CRL rank is 244926, and OBC NCL rank is 79392.

    No, you cannot get admission in any good government college. You can apply for top private colleges. Otherwise, you can try in state level government college.
