Can I get admission in B.Com or BBA with 54.8% in 12th? I am from OBC category.

There is an entrance examination for BBA, so you have to clear the exam and for B.Com. There is cutoff list procedure, so yes you are eligible for both just check out the cutoff list or previous year.
