    One suggestion!
Why to do graduation once again after completing one graduation, if you really want to get qualified in Fashion Design. Go for M.Sc. (Design-Fashion). It is of 2 years duration after completing any graduation. You must have a minimum 50% aggregate marks in Bachelors degree (any discipline). And you can pursue it at the top university LPU as their admission process is on. Hope this helps. DVD.

Rest it is your decision, make it wisely.
