Can I get admission in B.E telecommunication? I have scored 1531 rank in DCET.

Yes, you can. You can get into the college either by passing Jee Mains, Comedk or by KCET but you need to have a good rank and since your rank is around 15000 you may get. It's one of the best college in Karnataka.
