Can I get admission in B.Sc in IT after completing class 12th? Which else course can I pursue?

I am studying in class 12th with science/IT without maths. My subjects include physics, chemistry, biology, IT, English and geography.

    Yes but for B.Sc IT in most of the colleges you have to have to study mathematics or computer science at 10+2 level.
