Can I get admission in B.Tech at Jadavpur University based on JEE Main rank?

No, just JEE rank can't be the base for admission in this university. -
For admission in Jadavpur University, you need the WBJEE rank. You can't get admission with JEE rank only.

Jadavpur University gives admission only on the basis of WBJEE. So you need to clear that. -
