Can I get admission in B.Tech computer science? I got JEE 50 marks.

It depends on the rank which you get out of these marks. Once it is known, apply for counseling and you may get it.

If you ask specifically for Thapar Institute of Engineering and Technology, you cannot get admission in computer science, even if you are from Punjab. Even Last year, such score got electrical/ MBA related undergraduate programs.
