Ravi, in today's scenario everyone who wants gets an admission somewhere. So the question should be - Whether I should go for BTech with 65% marks?

With 65% marks but a good score in state/national level entrance examinations, your chances of getting admissions to a B Tech programme improve.

Yes, 65% makes you eligible to apply for all colleges, rest depends up on your ranking in the entrance test. However some colleges take in through capitation fee.
