Can I get admission in B.Tech CSE? I am from outside Delhi. I got 64 percentile in JEE Mains and 72% in 12th CBSE board.

B.Tech in computer Science engineering in a better course, but your class 12th percentile is not good as you're a CBSE student. So, leave that but you score a good percentage in JEE Mains exam it is more important. Look for your counselling how many cutoff should coming. I think CSE is a better course for you.
