Can I get admission in B. Tech Electrical engineering atMAKAUT Maulana Abul kalam Azad university of Technology with my OBC Rank 1663

For getting admission in MAKAUT, you need to choose a particular engineering college. MAKAUT is a university and engineering colleges are enrolled or affiliated to it. With your OBC rank, I guess you will get Kalyani Government Engineering College and also Jalpaiguri Government Engineering College, so choose according to your wish. Keep both of them as options and Kalyani at higher priority than Jalpaiguri.

First of all congratulations for your good score. You have to go through WBJEE counselling to get a chance in that college. Your score is good enough to qualify the cut-off for EE in that college.
