I have topped dr. k.n. modi university first semester with 91.8 percentage

Hi Rahul, its good that you have topped your 1st semester because things become easier when you want to change the college. BUT for this the new college where you want to change has to be under the same university under which your existing college is. Speak to new college where you want to join & also take the help from university.
