    According to me, if you really want to do M. B. S, then taking admission in Graduation College is meaningless. Managing both is quiet difficult but not impossible. If you don't want to drop then or if your parents are not allowing, better first convince them that managing college exams along with NEET is tiresome and stressful, if they didn't allow you then you have to make a proper schedule and strategy and better stick to that schedule, focus on your weak topics, complete the physics part first and do revise biology daily and don't waste your time during college days.     Yes you can. But it'll be like pursuing another degree. Instead, you can try MSc in Computer science. I don't think there will be much difference between the two.
