    The cut-off at BIMTECH is not pre-defined. It depends upon the quality and number of applications received and varies from year to year for different courses.
    However, the expected cutoff for CAT this year is 70-75. And this score holds 35% weightage on your overall performance.

    The eligibility criteria for PGDM(IB) is minimum 50 percent marks in graduation. Candidates appearing in Final Year Graduation Examination (1st attempt) in Summer 2019 can also apply. Such candidates will have to produce final year result of Graduation with min. 50% marks in aggregate on or before October 31, 2019 failing which their provisional admission will be automatically cancelled.
    Further for admission to PGDM & PGDM (IB), an applicant must have a valid CAT (Scorecard of CAT 2018) or valid XAT 2019 score or valid GMAT 2018-19 score.

For candidates pursuing MBA, the eligibility criteria includes merit and entrance based selection. Whereas, for BBA, candidates must qualify Class 12 with a minimum aggregate. JIIT CDOE MBA on the other hand, is offered based on the minimum aggregate of graduation.  However, for the final admission, candidates must meet the cutoff rank or score and must secure valid scores in accepted entrance exams such as CAT.

CAT is one of the accepting exams required for admission to PGDM programme. However, it is not compulsory. Aspirants with a valid score in any other accepted entrance exams such as MAT, XAT or CMAT can also get admission in PGDM. Selected aspirants also have to pass the case-based group discussion and a personal interview round for final admission.

The CUSAT CAT passing marks for the BTech exam is 10 marks in maths and 10 marks in physics and chemistry combined. However, Kerala SC and ST candidates do not have a minimum passing mark.
