    Admission to BIT for B.Tech programme is based on AIR rank in JEE Mains through CSAB (Central Seat Allocation Board) / JoSAA (Joint Seat Allocation Authority). For more details please visit www.bitmesra.ac.in.

    As of BIT Mesra, it takes admission through JoSSA and the procedure is same as every other college. If you are getting your JEE Mains ranks in the cut-offs for the BIT Mesra, you can easily get the admission in BIT. The procedure to get admission here is same as any of the NITs.

    Both these colleges took admission through JEE Mains only, and in that also there is very high rank for the admission, but you can try your best as may be possible that in the last round of the counselling you can get any of the college.
