Can I get admission in Canada for M.Engineering on the basis of ME?

I have completed ME from Gujarat in electrical engineering in July 2016. I have scored 86.20% in ME and 69.40% in BE.

You can ask the university to transfer your course credits from ME done in India. This way you can start with the second year of ME, and you will save a year or so. Please write a mail to the college of your choice and ask them about the process of credit transfer.
