Can I get admission in Canada for Masters with 6.5 bands in IELTS?

I have 13 backlogs in my Diploma mechanical engineering. With total 30 in re-attempts with 65% [6.5 CGPA], I am going to complete my Bachelor degree in summer 2018 with 5 total backlogs.

Hi, It is very difficult to study in Canada. Try in lesser competitive countries like Europe and Scandinavian countries. You can also go for Australia but again it will be difficult to get into any top ranked universities because of your history of backlogs.
