Can I get admission in Canada for MS program?
I have completed B.Tech Mechanical engineering in 2016 with 7.6 CPI. I had 5 backlogs in engineering which I cleared in my 1st attempt. My IELTS score is 6.5 bands and GRE score is 301.

Yes you can as per the admission criteria your CGPA is bit less but you cracked GRE, so no problem, go ahead and apply for admission. Try for the University of Windsor, University of Saskatchewan, University of Waterloo and Memorial University of Newfoundland.

No, if you have cleared your backlogs then you will not face any problem.
