Can I get admission in Canada? I have done BE in computer engineering with 7.42 CGPA.
I have 2 ATKT but solved. I have also done Diploma in computer engineering with 6.56 CGPA. In Diploma, I have 7 ATKT but 1 subject is repeated 5 times in Diploma.

According to my knowledge, it will be difficult for you as you have repeated 1 subject 5 times but nothing is impossible try for it.

Yes, for Masters, foreign university just need 4 years of Bachelors degree. You have done Diploma, there won't be any problem.
