Can I get admission in Canada University on the basis of English medium certificate in case of language requirements?
My IELTS score is 6.5 with 2 modules having 5.5. Will this score affect my study visa decision? I have scored 7.9 CGPA in B.Tech.

Hi Romil,
This will be decided by the university, generally waivers are not given by Canadian universities but if your overall profile is good they may or at max can offer you a bridge course in English. I will really advise you to check with the universities directly.

Scores have nothing to do with visa but if the visa officer is a strict one you may be in trouble. Be very confident and communicate your plans and ideas with good English skills.
