Can I get admission in Canadian colleges? I have got following bands in IELTS: L-6.5, R-5.5, W-5.5 and S-5.

You need a minimum overall score of 6.5, with a minimum score of 6.0 in each category for the Academic test. Minimum accepted scores vary depending on institution requirements. -
There is very less chance I may say, you have to get 6.5 or above in IELTS and with minimum 6 in each learning, writing, reading and speaking.
