Can I get admission in Canadian universities with my academics? My profile: IELTS-7 bands and 6.72 CGPI in BE mechanical.

Hi Darpan,
Chances will be less and challenging. You can try in SPP colleges but that will also be competitive. Try alternate options like in Australia. Again there also you will find challenges in top-notch universities but many more options will be available.
