Can I get admission in CCA with 212 marks and 709 category rank (SC/ST) in JEE Mains? What other college options do I have?

Yes, you hold good chances to get into CCA. And with the category reservation, it will be easier for you. In fact, you can give a try to NITs as well. You might get a low rank NIT. NIT Hamirpur may be.
