Can I get admission in CCET? I have got 75% in PCM in 12th and 139234 OBC rank in IIT-JEE.

No, you can't. But, you can try for many other good colleges. There are lot many colleges. And since you belong to OBC category, so chances to get admission in good colleges increases.
