Yes, you are eligible to get the admission at Chitkara University, Himachal Pradesh with the mentioned JEE Mains marks and as you expected marks in boards. 62 out of 360 marks, I feel is a bit on lower side. However, in HP admissions are based on JEE and HP CET. It all now depends on how many students apply for admission. You must apply for admission.
