Can I get admission in College of Design and Technology for Diploma in fashion design?

I am a B.Com 1st year student and interested in Diploma in fashion designing.

If you can manage your time then yes, you can do Diploma in fashion designing because as per the UGC rule you cannot do two graduation courses at the same time but as it's a Diploma course so it can also have its classes in the afternoon.
