My aggregate percentage in Diploma is 91.44%. I am handicap student and belong to OBC category. How much fees do I have to pay?

    Yes, only when your marks match their cutoff criteria. if you are DSY student and if you have your PWD certificate then you should be able to match their criteria and can get admission in ETC branch.

    Basically, you will be getting an admission in engineering colleges of Pune and there will be cut-off marks for the entrance test, but u need to have all your certificates for that and sorry, I have no idea about the fee structure.

    Yes, you will get it. College Of Engineering, Pune has cut-offs nearer you score. So, you may get it easily. But in other cases, merit may be higher this time. So, think about other branches too.
