    Hello Botham,
    Failing is no sin if we take it as a lesson and learn from it. If you have learnt from your failure, it's best. Passing marks of the qualifying exam in supplementary exam is acceptable provided you score more than minimum required for eligibility.

    No, you cannot get the admission in computer science because maths and physics are very important subjects.
